REGULATION N0Regulation N0. 10on Procedure for Filling out of Report and InformationDocuments for the Waste Management Activities Dated 6 November,1998 Article 1This Regulation sets out theprocedure for the filling out of all documents concerning the reporting andinformation related to the waste management activities. Article 2This Regulation aims at receivingcomplete and reliable information related to the waste management activities,by defining the procedures of documenting and reporting of data, as well asobligations of the persons generating, transporting and/or treating wastes. Article 3(1) Thedata about the waste management activities shall be collected via:1. reportingdocuments;2. informationfrom the owner of a site, whose activity generates wastes under Article 7 ofthe LHIWEA.3. informationfrom the owner of a waste disposal site as under Article 22 of the LHIWEA.4. declarationsconcerning the expected hazardous waste quantities.5. informationregistries for permi...
