Wedetermine the classification of waste pursuant to §1, item 1 of the LHIWEA: 1.1according to a list in Annex №1; 1.2considered hazardous shall be: 1.2.1those indicated in Annex 1 designated with a “*” and “**” sign, when thesewastes possess one or more of the properties stated in Annex 2, or 1.2.2those indicated in the Basel Convention on the Control of TransboundaryMovements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal. 2. Thewastes shall l be considered hazardous in all cases, if relative to any of thecases listed in item 1.2. 3.
