Adopts a Regulation on the requirementsfor the treatment and transportation of industrial and hazardous waste. ConcludingProvisions§ 1. Revokes Decree 153 of the Council ofMinisters of 1993 on the collection, transportation, storage and disposal ofhazardous waste (promulgated in the State Gazette, issue 70/1993; amended issue91/1993; amended issue 4/1996 ad 54/1997).§ 2. The Decree is adopted pursuant to Article23, paragraph 1 of the Limitation of the Harmful Impact of Waste on theEnvironment Act.§ 3. The Decree becomes effective as of the dayof its promulgation in the State Gazette.§ 4.
