Decree NoDecree No. 2.120 of 13 January 1997 Provides a New Draft of Articles 5, 6, 10 and 11 of Decree No. 99.274 of 6 June 1990, Which Regulates Laws No. 6.902 of 27 April 1981 and 6.938 of 31 August 1981. The President of the Republic, by virtue of the authority vested therein pursuant to Article 84, sections IV and VI of the Constitution, decrees the following: Article 1. Articles 5, 6, 10 and 11 of Decree No. 99.274 of 6 June 1990 shall henceforth read as follows: "Article 5.
