SECTION: Decree NoDecree No. 1.205 of 1 August 1994 Approves the Governing Structure for the Ministry of theEnvironment and the Legal Amazon, and makes otherprovisions.The President of the Republic, in exercise of the powersvested on him by Article 84, Sections IV and VI of theConstitution, and in view of the provisions of Article 14,Section XX of Law No. 8.490 of 19 November 1992, as amendedby Law No. 8.746 of 9 December 1993, and by ProvisionalMeasure No. 545 of 4 July 1994,Decrees:Article 1.
