These regulations may be cited as theAgricultural Chemists Regulations 1980.2. In these regulations-"Act"means the Agricultural Chemists Act 1979;approved laboratory" means a laboratory which, in the opinionof the Committee, has the necessary facilities for analysis of-(i)agricultural products and by-products;(ii) substances used in agriculture or any industrydealing with agricultural products.3. Any person who is entitled to registration undersection 6 (1) of the Act shall on registration, pay a fee of fifty rupees.4. There shall be kept at the Ministry of Agriculture and NaturalResources and the Environment a register in which shall be entered a list ofall approved laboratories.5.
