Chemical FertilizersControl (Licence) Regulations 1980GN No. 43 of 1980Regulations made by the Minister under section 10 of the ChemicalFertilizersControl Act 19781. These regulations may be cited as the ChemicalFertilizers Control (Licence) Regulations 1980.2. In these regulations-"Act"means the Chemical Fertilizers Control Act 1978;"applicant"means a person who applies to the Chief AgriculturalOfficer for alicence;"licence"means a licence issued under section 3 of the Act.3. Every application for a licence shall be-(1) made in writing to the Chief AgriculturalOfficer and include-(i) the name and address of the applicant;(ii) the type of licence applied for, that is to say,wholesaler or retailer;(iii) the fertilizers in respect of which theapplication is made;(iv) the address of the premises in respect of whichthe application is made.(2) signed, in the case of an individual, by th...
