Orders under section 8 THEPLANT PROTECTION (IMPORTATION) ORDER 1. This Order may be cited as the Plant Protection (Importation) Order. 2. (1) Subject to the provisions of this Order- (a) noplant; and (b) noseed of any plant specified i the First Schedule, shallbe imported except under and in accordance with the conditions of a permitpreviously obtained from, and signed by, the Director, of Agriculture or anofficer of the Ministry of Agriculture authorized by the Director ofAgriculture for the purposes of this Order.Cap.178 (1948), Sub.
