REGULATION NoREGULATION No. 12ON THE REQUIREMENTS which must be met bythe waste treatment facility sitesDated 6 November 1998 Chapter OneGeneral Conditions Article 1(1) This Regulation shalldefine the requirements, which must be met by the waste treatment facilitysites referred to below as ‘waste treatment sites’.(2) The waste treatment sites shallbe determined and the activities therein organised in conformity with theprovisions of the Territorial and Urban Development Act, the Agricultural LandProtection Act, the Forests Act and the international agreements to which theRepublic of Bulgaria is a party - for the cases where additional requirementsare raised with them in respect of the waste treatment sites.
