(1) This regulation determines the requirements, norms and rules for safety upon implementation of radioactive waste management activities. (2) This regulation also determines the requirements, norms and rules for safety upon siting, design, construction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning respectively closure, of radioactive waste management facilities.
