Regulation on the Procedure for Payment of the Fees Collected Pursuant to the Act on the Safe Use of Nuclear Energy Enclosure No 1 to Article 1 of Council of Ministers Decree No. 206/17.09.2003 Promulgated in the State Gazette No. 85/26.09.2003 Article 1. The regulation establishes the procedure for payment of the fees pursuant to the Act on the Safe Use of Nuclear Energy (ASUNE). Article 2. (1) Fees shall be deposited into the budget of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency (NRA). (2) Fees shall be paid by bank transfers to the NRA bank account. (3) Bank transfers shall be proven by a certified copy of the payment document. (4) Any fee, paid by mistake, is a subject of refunding by NRA. Article 3.
