No.333 of 1991),subsection (3) of section 38 of the Health Act, 1953(No. 26 of 1953)and section 6 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of1970), afterconsultation with the Minister for Enterprise andEmployment, theMinister for Tourism and Trade and the Minister forAgriculture, Foodand Forestry hereby makes the following Regulations: REG 1 1.
