These Regulations may be cited as theArterial Drainage Acts, 1945 and 1955 (Environmental Impact Assessment)Regulations, 1990. REG 2 2. Where a drainage scheme prepared inaccordance with Section 4(as amended by the European Communities(Environmental ImpactAssessment) Regulations, 1989) of theArterial Drainage Act, 1945,contains an environmental impact statement,a copy of such statementshall be sent to each Department of State.
