FLORA (PROTECTION) ORDER 1987FLORA (PROTECTION)ORDER 1987 I, RAY MACSHARRY,Minister for Finance, considering that each of thespecies of floraspecified in the Schedule to the following Ordershould beprotected, hereby, in exercise of the powers conferred onme by section 21of the Wildlife Act, 1976 (No. 39 of 1976), andthe Wildlife(Transfer of Departmental Administration and MinisterialFunctions) Order,1987 (S.I. No. 156 of 1987), order as follows: REG 1 1. This Order maybe cited as the Flora (Protection) Order, 1987. REG 2 2. (1) Each of thespecies of flora specified in column (1) ofthe Schedule tothis Order is hereby declared to be protectedthroughout theState.(2) The commonname of each of the species of flora specified inthe said column(1) is set out in column (2) of the said Scheduleopposite themention of the species.(3) In case aspecies of flora specified in the said column (1)is partlycomprised of flora which are not flora within the meaningof the WildlifeAct, 1976 (No. 39 of 1976),...
