Theseregulations may be cited as the EnvironmentProtection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2010. 2. Inthese regulations - "Act"means the Environment Protection Act. 3. TheFifth Schedule to the Act is amended, in Part B - (a) by inserting, in item 1, after thewords "Asphalt plant", the words ", other than an asphalt plantset up temporarily for the purposes of a project by a public department";and (b) by inserting, in item 42, after thewords "Stone crushing plant", the words ", other than a stonecrushing plant set up temporarily for the purposes of a project by a publicdepartment"....
