L L.N.173/1967 Rules under section 36 PYRETHRUM RULES 1. These Rules maybe cited as the Pyrethrum Rules. 2. (1) Everygrowers licence shall be in the form A in the Schedule. (2) The fee forthe issue of a growers licence shall be fifty shillings. (3) The fee forthe transfer of a growers licence shall be twenty-five shillings. 3. Every pyrethrumgrower shall comply with all such instructions as may be given to him from timeto time by the Board with regard to the preparation, packing and delivery offlowers. 4. All pyrethrumshall, on receipt by the Board, be inspected by such person or persons as maybe appointed by the Board for that purpose, and notice in the form of a receiptshowing— (a) the net weightof pyrethrum received; (b) the net weightof pyrethrum accepted; and (c) the net weightof pyrethrum rejected, if any, and the reasons for rejection, shall be sent bythe Board to the licensed grower from w...
