Regulation 17 of the Geothermal Resources Regulations, in these Regulationsreferred to as the “principal Regulations” are amended –(a) in paragraph (1), by deleting subparagraph (a) and substituting thereforfollowing new subparagraph –“(a) once a year, are report in respect of the preceding year, specifying -”(b) in paragraph (2), by deleting the words “quarter” wherever it occurs andsubstituting therefor the words “year”.Dated the 14th June, 2007KIRAITU MURUNGIMinister for Energy.
