THE GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES REGULATIONS, 1990 PART 1 - PRELIMINARY 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Geothermal Resources Regulations, 1990. PART II - APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY AND LICENCE 2. (1) The application for an authority under section 6 of the Act shall be made to the Minister in writing in respect of any land and shall specify - (a) the name, nationality, nature of business and the principal place of business of the applicant; (b) the name and nationality of every director or equivalent officer where the applicant is a company, corporation or other body corporate; and, if the body corporate has a share capital the name of any person who is the beneficial owner of more then five per centum of the issued share capital; (c) the delineation of the area or areas proposed to be covered by the authority; (d) the particulars of work and minimum expenditure proposed to be carried out or expended in respect of the area over which the authority is sought, and a statement of any...
