Definition of Terms Used in the LawTo the extent of this Law the terms used herein have the following means:a) Oil and gas is the complex of natural components of hydrocarbons which in the conditions of normal atmospheric pressure and temperature may be in gaseous (casing-head gas or natural gas), liquid (oil and condensate) or solid (paraffin, bitumen, gas hydrate) state;b) Oil and gas operations are oil and gas prospecting and production in the area of depths determined under the contract and license, also operations directly related to those works (accumulation, preparation, measuring and keeping the produced oil and gas on the area);c) Oil and gas operations not related to use of depths are operations not related to oil and gas prospecting and production, import, transit, transportation by main pipelines and mobile facilities, refining, supply and export-import of petro...
