Before the draft was so laid, the Secretary of State— (a) obtained and took into account the advice of the Committee on Climate Change, in accordance with section 7(1)(a) of the Act; (b) took into account representations made by the Scottish Ministers, the Welsh Ministers and the Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland, in accordance with section 7(1)(b) of the Act(b); (c) took into account the advice of the Committee on Climate Change under section 34(1)(b) in relation to the 2008–2012 budgetary period in accordance with section 11(7)(a) of the Act; and (d) con...
