Citation, commencement and application 1. These Regulations— (a) may be cited as the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (England) Regulations 2010; (b) apply to England only; and (c) come into force on 6th April 2010. Interpretation 2.—(1) In these Regulations— “construct” includes install; “fuel oil” means oil intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power but does not include oil intended for use exclusively as a fuel for heating a farmhouse or other residential premises on a farm...
