1994 No1994 No. 2841 WATER, ENGLAND AND WALES The Urban Waste Water Treatment(England and Wales) Regulations 1994 Made 4th November 1994 Laid before Parliament 9thNovember 1994 Coming into force 30thNovember 1994 The Secretary of State for the Environment and theSecretary of State for Wales, being Ministers designated[1] for the purposes ofsection 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[2] in relation to measuresrelating to the collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water, and thetreatment and discharge of waste water from certain industrial sectors, actingjointly in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the said section 2(2)and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the followingRegulations:Citation, commencement and extent 1.
