This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Forestry) (Phytophthora ramorum) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 31st December 2007. Amendments to the Plant Health (Forestry) (Phytophthora ramorum) (Great Britain) Order 2004 2.—(1) The Plant Health (Forestry) (Phytophthora ramorum) (Great Britain) Order 2004(b) is amended as follows.
