The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section. Citation, commencement and application 1. These Regulations— (a) may be cited as the Environmental Noise (Identification of Noise Sources) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007; (b) come into force on 20th September 2007; (c) apply in England.
