The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section. Citation, commencement and application 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Noise (Identification of Noise Sources) (England) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 19th March 2007.
