Thepresent Decree shall determine: 1. thecontrol and management of the ozone depleting substances (ODS) with the aim ofgradually decreasing their use until complete phase out;2. therequirements regarding ODS production, import, export, placement into themarket, use, collecting and storage, recycling, recovery and destruction;3. therequirements regarding the production, import, export, placement into themarket and use of products and appliances operating with, containing ormanufactured with ODS;4. the termsand provisions for collecting and processing of the information gathered underparagraphs 2 and 3.
