(1) This Regulation shall determine theprocedure and method of assessment of the risk to man and the environment ofnotified chemical substances.(2) This regulation shall apply to any chemical substance notifiedpursuant to Chapter Three of the Protection Against the Harmful Impact ofChemical Substances and Preparations Act (PAHICSP).Article 2.
