MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND WATER REGULATION № 8 ON THE CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING AND OPERATION OF LANDFILLS AND OTHER FACILITIES AND INSTALATIONS FOR WASTE RECOVERY AND DISPOSAL on 24.08.2004 Chapter One GENERAL CONDITIONS Article 1 With this regulation the conditions and requirements are determined for building and operation of: 1. landfills, where municipal, inert, industrial and\or hazardous waste are deposited, called shortly “landfills”; 2. other facilities and installations for waste recovery and disposal.
