(1) This regulation shall establish the terms and procedure for compulsory notification of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency (NRA) by the licensee or the permit holder about deviations, incidents or accidents, referred to hereafter as “events”, in nuclear facilities and sites with sources of ionising radiation.
