This Order may be cited as the Sea- Fisheries (Prosecution ofOffences) Order 2009. 2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 39(1) of theSea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006 (No. 8 of 2006) is 1 August2009, being the day from which the Director of Public Prosecutions is theprosecutor, in lieu of the Attorney General, of sea-fisheries offences asspecified in that subsection. ...
