No. 428 of1997), I, DanWallace, Minister of State at the Department of theEnvironment andLocal Government, hereby make the followingRegulations:- REG 1 1. (1) TheseRegulations may be cited as the Waste Management(TransfrontierShipment of Waste) Regulations, 1998.(2) TheseRegulations shall come into operation on the 20th day ofMay, 1998. REG 2 2.
