C. 83-377)Filed April 29, 1983Under section 25 of the Emergency Measures Act, theLieutenant-Governor in Council makes the followingRegulation:1 This Regulation may be cited as the Disaster Assis-tance to Municipalities Regulation - Emergency MeasuresAct.2 In this Regulation“Act” means the Emergency Measures Act, chapterE-7.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1978;“chargeable assistance” includes(a) the services of provincial government personnelwho are not full-time staff members of the New Bruns-wick Emergency Measures Organization,(b) the materials and equipment supplied by provin-cial government departments other than the NewBrunswick Emergency Measures Organization, and(c) the services, materials and equipment made avail-able from sources other than provincial governmentpersonnel and departments;“non-chargeable assistance” includes(a) assistance from full-time staff members of theNew Brun...
