Decree NoDECREE No. 92.752, OF 5 JUNE 1986 Approves the program of basic actions for protection of theenvironment, and provides for other measures.THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in exercise of the powersconferred upon him by Article 81, items III and V of theConstitution,DECREES:Article 1. The Program of Basic Actions for Protectionof theEnvironment accompanying this Decree is approved.Sole paragraph. The Ministry of Urban Development andtheEnvironment -- MDU, shall coordinate the actions necessary to implement the program referred to in thisarticle.Article 2. The Program shall be executed with estimatedresources of Cz85,000,000.00 (eighty-five million cruzados), for the account of the National Treasury,allocated by the Secretariat of Planning of the Office ofthe President of the Republic.Article 3.
