GIVEN ON THE 8TH DAY OF MAY, B.E. 2522 BEING THE 34TH YEAR OF THE PRESENT REIGN,His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is graciously pleased to proclaim that : Whereas it is deemed expedient to revise the law on minerals; Be it, therefore, enacted by the King, by and with the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly in its capacity as Parliament as follows : Section 1. This Act shall be called the "Minerals Act (No. 3) B.E. 2522."* *The Minerals Act B.E. 2510 as amended by the Minerals Act (No. 2) B.E. 2516 is amended by the Minerals Act (No. 3) B.E. 2522.
