In these regulations any expression to which a meaning has beenassigned in theAct shall bear that meaning and, unless the contextotherwise indicates -"bottled water** means water that is packed in sealed containers of various forms andcapacities, and which is offered for sale as a foodstuff for human consumption,but does not contain sugars, sweeteners, flavourings or any other foodstuffs;"bulk" means non-bottled water in direct contact with the surface of thetransportation vessel and the atmosphere;"carbonated naturalwater" means natural water which, afterpossible tre...
