5. Declaration of area free from disease No infected or suspected area or portion of such area shall be considered to be free from any disease until such area or portion thereof be declared in writing by the Agricultural Officer to be free from such disease or suspicion of disease, and, if notice had been posted up as under regulation 3 above, such declaration of freedom from disease or suspicion thereof shall likewise be so posted up.
