Theseregulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Banning of PlasticBanners) Regulations 2008. 2. Inthese regulations - "Act" means the EnvironmentProtection Act 2002; "barricade tape" means a strip ofplastic which is of maximum width of 10 cm, highly visible and of a fluorescentor reflective colour.
