Theseregulations may be cited as the Dangerous Chemicals Control (Fees) Regulations2005. 2. In these regulations- "Act" means the Dangerous Chemicals Control Act2004. 3. Wherea licence is granted or renewed under the Act for the import or export of adangerous chemical, the applicant shall pay to the Board the fees specified inparagraph 1 of the Schedule. 4.
