In theseregulations- "permit means aPET bottlepemiitissued under regulation4; "PETbottle" means abottlemadeofpolyethylene terephthalate; "responsibiepe~jon"n~eanstheownerof,or theperson responsible for the management or control of, an enterprise involved in the bottlingofa beverageinapETbottle. 3. (1) No responsible person shall bottle or cause to be bottled any beverage in a PET bottle unless he i s in possession of apermit. (2) Anapplication forapemGtshal1 bemade.inthe formsetoutin the ~iist~chedule. 4. (1) TheDepartmentmay,subjecttosuch ternsandconditions as itthinltsfit,issueapemituponpaymentofafekof 10,OOOmpees.
