These Regulations maybe cited as the Pest Control Products (Disposal) Regulations, 2006. Disposal of pest controlproducts for commercial purpose 2. (1) No person shalldispose of any pest control product or their containers in a manner that shallbe detrimental to man, animal and the environment. (2) No person shallcarry out any disposal of pest control product or containers for commercialpurposes unless that person or institution is in possession of a licence underthese Regulations and all provisions of the Act have beencomplied with.
