This Decree provides for acts of administrative violation in the fisheries domain, sanctioning forms, levels, competence and procedures as well as consequence-remedying measures. 2. Administrative violations in the fisheries domain are acts of violating regulations on state management in the fisheries domain, which are intentionally or unintentionally committed by organizations or individuals, but are not criminal offenses and, according to the provisions of the...
