Article 1.- To rat$ the stable norm of 300,000n1Iyear of timbers to be exploited from natural forests for provinces in the 2002-2005 period. The Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of .Agriculture and Rural Development shall. according to their respective functions and tasks, allocate the plan norms of timbers to be exploited from natural forests for each pror~ince in each year of the 2002-2005 period: direct the exploitation designing and supen.ise the exploitation of forests according to the current regulations.
