488 REPUBLIC ACT No. 9303 AN ACT DECLARING MT. HAMIGUITAN RANGE AND ITS VICINITIES AS PROTECTED AREA UNDER THE CATEGORY OF WILDLIFE SANCTUARY AND ITS PERIPHERAL AREAS AS BUFFER ZONE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. Short Title. – This Act shall be known as Mt. Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary Act of 2004. SEC. 2.
