DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTUREDECREE OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURENO. 796/KPTS/TP.830/10/1984CONCERNINGTHE IMPORTATION INTO THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OFINDONESIA OF PLANTS USED AS PACKING THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, Considering : a. that byDecree of the Minister of Agriculture No. HK.310/763/Kpts/ 10/1983, the plantquarantine requirements for the importation into the territoryof the Republicof Indonesia of plants and plant materials have beenlaid down;b. that plantsused as packing are potential carriers of various dangerousplant pests;c. that basedon the above-mentioned facts in order to prevent the entryinto theterritory of the Republic of Indonesia of dangerous plant pests, it isdeemednecessary to lay down provisions concerning the importation intothe territoryof the Republic of Indonesia of plants used as packing.Referring to :1.
