STIPULATION OF BECHMARK PRICES OF NATURAL PLANTS AND WILD ANIMALS NOT PROTECTED BY THE LAW (Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 476/MPP/Kep/8/2004 dated August 18, 2004) THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE, Considering: a. that in the framework of implementing the provisionin Article 3 of Government Regulation No. 59/1998 on tariffs of non-tax state revenues effective within the Ministry of Forestry and Plantations, as already amended by Govern- ment Regulation No. 74/1999, it is necessary to stipulate benchmark prices of natural plants and wild an~mals not protected by the law; b. that in relation thereto, a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade needs to be issued; In view of: l.
