Title, commencement, andapplication一(1) These regulations may­be cited as the Exclusive Economic Zone(Licence Fees for Foreign Fishing Craft) Regulations 1983.(2) Theseregulations shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1983, and shallapply in respect of every licence granted under section 15 of the Act to haveeffect on and from that date.2.
