Heritage road green buffersIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 (1) of the Parksand Trees Act 2005, the Minister for National Development, afterconsulting the National Parks Board, hereby makes the followingOrder:Citation and commencement1. This Order may be cited as the Parks and Trees (Heritage RoadGreen Buffers) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st June2006.Heritage road green buffers2.—(1) The shaded areas shown in the Schedule comprising thegreen verges of the specified roads shall be designated as heritageroad green buffers.(2) The specified roads referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are:(a) Mount Pleasant Road;(b) South Buona Vista Road;(c) Lim Chu Kang Road;(d) Arcadia Road; and(e) Mandai Road.1 S 287/200...
