Whereasthe Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has prescribed the Notificationspecifying the conditions for permission of persons conducting fisheries oraquaculture in public fishing grounds dated 5 February 2533 pursuant to Section16 paragraph two of the Fisheries Act B.E. 2490 to be observed both by thepeople and authorities. In principle, aquaculture in public fishinggrounds requires prior announcement by a province permitting such aquaculturebefore the people are allowed to conduct such aquaculture.
