Theseregulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Control of Endangered Species ofFish) Regulations 1999. 2. Prohibition. (1) Noperson shall fish for, disturb, harass, catch, kill, take, possess, sell, buy,export or transport any endangered species of fish specified in the Scheduleexcept with the written permission of the Director-General. (2)The Director-General may, in granting a written permission referred to insubregulation (1) , impose any condition as he thinks fit.
