RENEWABLE ENERGY (ADMINISTRATIVE FEES) ORDER 2011PU(A) 389/2011IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011[Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: 1. Citation and commencement(1) This order may be cited as the Renewable Energy(Administrative Fees) Order 2011.(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 December2011.2. Administrative fees(1) A distribution licensee shall be paidadministrative fees under paragraph 20(a) of the Act calculated at the rate oftwo per centum of each payment made under rule 8 and, if applicable, rule 10 ofthe Renewable Energy (Recovery of Moneys by Distribution Licensee) Rules2011[P.U. (A) 388/2011].(2) The Authority shall be paid administrative feesunder paragraph 20(b) of the Act calculated at the rate of three per centum ofeach payment made under rule 8 and, if applicable, rule 10 of the RenewableEnergy (Recovery of Moneys by Distribution Licensee) Rules 2011.3.
